I think this is an issue with both the video settings on my drone and also probably my Macbook not being powerful enough? I wondered if I gave you all some specs and options for each, you might spare some time to help me choose the best settings for me to use on my drone that would get me the best, most compatible footage possible on my Macbook. It became a little better when transcoded to ProRes, but still not what I would expect. The footage it recorded was unusable on my Mac and extremely choppy (it was recorded in 5.2k at 50 FPS, MP4, CBR, and H.264). I flew it for the first time today and took some quick footage that I could playback.
I have a new DJI Mavic 3 drone that I have just purchased.
I am fairly new to both video and editing, and I wanted to reach out for some guidance.
